Local Yorkshire-grown organic French beans from the foot of Ingleborough, where the Yorkshire Dales National Park meets the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Especially tasty and a summer favourite, usually cooked and served around the North within one day of being harvested.
