View from the kitchen sink: scrubbing new potatoes in Bishopdale in the Yorkshire Dales. Cooking a three course meal for 18 people as part a family birthday weekend, where everyone had travelled to North Yorkshire to celebrate together. A beautiful newly renovated farmhouse holiday home in a beautifully quiet part of the National Park. It was a pleasure cooking here for a lovely family.
