Many of the herbs in the dishes I cook are gathered fresh from my own organic garden. I was cutting oregano for a salad dressing and had to pop back for my camera to take this photo. Foxgloves grow up by the compost bins in a shady corner, but in between the rain storms this week they’ve been catching the warm sunshine. Had to share!
