Fridays are always a pleasure unpacking my delivery from Riverford Organic Farmers. I got my first @riverford veg box 21 years ago whilst at uni in Bristol and now they deliver a stack of boxes to me every week. The colours, textures, smells and quality of the fresh produce are always top notch. It’s these farm deliveries that form the foundation of my cooking and seasonal menus.
