Getting some organic rhubarb ready to bake with orange and cinnamon until it all melts together into a fruity, syrupy, tastes-summery-but-with-a-hint-of-Christmas compote. It’s then going to be chilled and served with homemade chocolate tart and thick clotted cream later this week.
