Melt-in-the-mouth peaches and cream, topped with crumbled dark muscovado sugar and served with the dream of raspberries later in the year. They may be from a jar but these huge premium hand-peeled Spanish peaches are fabulous and bringing a bit of summer to our family dinner table this week.
