A bit of a random-ingredients-I-need-to-use experiment that tasted so good I’ve repeated it a good few times since! @riverford pork sausages with their grapes and apples, plus homegrown tomatoes from a neighbour and handfuls of sage leaves from our herb patch that’s gone a bit crazy. A simple tray bake that’s easy to chuck in the oven but really tasty at pretty much any time of day.
