I’m cooking here this Saturday for a family on holiday from Leicestershire – a 40th birthday treat – having a private chef for the evening. This is a holiday cottage on the shores of Grimwith reservoir (near Appletreewick, Burnsall and Grassington), though some of the photos look like the views across a Scottish loch!
