During lockdown we created a wildlife pond next to the kids’ veg patch, full of native flora and fauna. The latest sign of spring this week? Pondskaters have re-appeared on the surface, dancing above the snails and minnows (who spent the winter in the depths). This cheeky frog was keeping an eye on things today, just asking for a photo.
