Needed an accompaniment to a rich, tomatoey bolognese that wasn’t bread, pasta, cheese or potato. With lentils and so much ‘standard’ veg already going into the pan, it needed something a bit different on the plate. Carlin peas (grown down in Suffolk by @hodmedods) were spot on, especially with a drizzle of vinegar
