Crisp organic celery

Crisp organic celery heading into my biggest pan to add flavour to 20 meaty chunks of Yorkshire Dales lamb shoulder. This will all be slow roasted for the afternoon, ready for the evening’s meal. Big group, big pot, big pile of stock veg!
